– Bright days, with mixed sun & shower, Always the chance of a short rain

Mixed sun & clouds. 19.00 driving heavy rain. Gusty wind. Medium 30 – 32 C.

started mixed sun & clouds, with short rain showers. Becoming very dull by
14.00, with driving heavy rain. Medium 29 – 31 C. Medium waves, with swell
building up.
10 – 12 May
– Bright days, with mixed sun and clouds. Chance of a few drops of rain. Very
windy at times. Hot 32 – 35 C. Good going surf at the beaches.
13 May –
Very bright sunny day, with hazy clouds. Light wind. Hot 36 C. Medium waves.
Clouds & rain roll in about 18.00 for the rest of the evening.
14 May –
Bright morning, with mixed sun & clouds. Becoming very cloudy by 14.00,
leading to heavy rain showers throughout the rest of the day. Medium 34 C.
Windy at times. Medium waves, not suitable for swimming.
15 May –
Dull cloudy morning, with light rain on/off. Afternoon, mixed sun & clouds.
Medium 31 – 32 C. Medium waves.
16 – 21 May
– Bright days, with mixed sun & clouds. Some long sunny periods, but always
the chance of a short rain shower. Medium 30 – 33 C. Medium waves & light
surf. Not much wind.
22 – 26 May
– Bright days, with mixed sun & clouds. Many long sunny periods. Not much
wind. Warm 32 – 34 C. Medium to light waves.

May – Cloudy days, some light wind. Always the chance of short rain showers.

Horrible day. Gray skies & rain through much of the day. Windy off the sea.

April 2007
was a mixed weather month, with the rather more cloudy days & rain than we
would expect for a dry season month. Seemed that the rainy season arrived early
this year. The majority of days had mixed sun & clouds. Sunniest days 5-7,
13 & 14, 21, 26 – 28 May. The worst days for rain & cloud were 12 &
30 May. Short rain showers on many days. Some days with a nice breeze off the
sea. Temperatures from 30 – 35 C throughout the month. Very calm seas through
most of the month. Light waves by the end of the month.

March 2007
was a mixed weather month, with the rather more cloudy days than we would
expect for a dry season month. The majority of days had mixed sun & clouds.
Quite a cloudy period from 18 – 25 May, with some rain showers. 25 May was the
worst day, with persistent rain through much of the day. 26 – 28 May had the
best of the sunny days, with 29 may having a heavy rain shower late in the day.
Many days with a nice breeze off the sea. Temperatures from 30 – 35 C
throughout the month. Very calm seas all month.

2007 was a good weather month, with the excellent weather throughout the month.
Only 1 day (18 February 2007) with a few spots of rain, 2 cloudy days (19 &
20 February 2007), and 25 very sunny days. Many days with a nice breeze off the
sea. Temperatures from 30 – 35 C throughout the month. Very calm seas all
month.

January 2007
was a good weather month, with the excellent weather spell from November &
December 2006 continuing into January 2007. 14 very sunny days, and only one
day (8 January) with a short rain shower. The remaining 16 days had mixed sun
& clouds. No really bad weather days. The first half of January 2007 had
rather more mixed sun & clouds, with the second half of the month having
the best of the sun. Some quite windy days. Temperatures from 28 – 35 C
throughout the month. Very calm seas all month.

November
2006 was a fantastic weather month, as the dry season arrived very early this
year. All days very sunny, some day with scattered clouds. No rainy days,
although on a few days there was the odd light rain shower, lasting only a few
minutes. Not much wind through the month. Temperatures from 31 – 35 C. Calm
seas.

October 2006
was a fine weather month, with much less rainy days than usual. The dry season
arrived almost 2 or 3 weeks early. The first half of the month had a typical
mix of sun, clouds, rain, some wind, & rough seas. The second half of the
month had fine sunny days, calm seas, & light sea breeze, short rain showers late afternoon or early
evening. Eighteen really sunny days, 7 days with some sort rain, although
mostly short showers. The worst of the rainy periods 1 – 3 & 10 -13
October. The remaining 16 days had mixed sun and clouds. The rainy days cooler
29 – 30 C and the sunny days from 32 – 35 C.

2006 was another typical rainy season month, with a mixture of sun, clouds
& rain throughout the month. Six really sunny days, 1 - 3 & 19 - 21
September. And 14 days with some sort

rain throughout the month. Six really sunny days, mostly during a fine weather
period from 22 – 25 July. And 12 days

June 2006

January
2006 had the unsettled weather from December 2005 carry over into the first
half of January. The first 12 days had
the worst of the weather with 5 rainy days. No really horrible days and the
rain only lasted at most 60 minutes. The last 19 days of January had the best
of the sunshine and quite settled weather. In total, 5 days with some rain and 16
very sunny days. Many days were quite cool 27 – 29. The sunny days warm 30 – 32
C. Seas at the beaches were mostly light waves to very calm.
