14 – 17 March – Bright enough days, quite cloudy all days, with the odd sunny spell. Quite windy from off the seas. Warm 30 – 32 C. Very calm seas.

18 & 19 March – Cloudy days. Some sunny spells. Expected rain, but did not happen. Windy later in the days. Warm 30 -32 C. Calm seas.

20 March – Cloudy day. Short rain shower in Patong about 22.00. Kata no rain. Warm 30 – 32 C. Calm seas.

23 & 24 – Bright day, with mixed sun & clouds. Dark clouds rolling in mid afternoon, bringing light rain from about 16.00 to 19.00. Calm seas.

25 March – Very cloudy day. Persistent light rain most of the morning. Light wind off the sea. Cool 27 – 30 C. Calm seas.

26 – 28 March – Bright sunny days. Mostly blue skies. Light wind off the seas. Hot 33 – 34 C. Very calm seas.

29 March – Bright sunny day, with mostly blue sky until about 18.00 when some dark clouds rolled quickly through bringing a quick 10 minute burst of heavy rain. Very light winds off the sea late afternoon. Calm seas.

30 & 31 March – Bright days, with mixed sun & cloud. Quite cloudy at times. Not much wind. Hot 33 – 35 C. Very calm seas.
